Costs
The prices on the site do not include shipping costs. The final shipping costs are determined at the moment the delivery address is entered in the shopping cart. These depend on the size of the product, the delivery method and the country of destination.
The ‘Noeste Leven’ is VAT exempt. This means no VAT is charged on the prices mentioned.
Shipment
Orders are sent within 3 working days. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, we will inform you accordingly.
We do not have a visiting address. Orders can therefore only be sent. Sometimes we will be present at a market or festival. This is sometimes announced on the Facebook page. You can contact us before you order to make an appointment to pick up your order there. Please note that a market or festival site is not always freely accessible.
Worldwide shipment
In principle we ship worldwide. If your chosen country of destination does not appear in our system, please contact us so that we can determine the shipping costs for you.
Track & Trace
All orders are shipped with a Track & Trace code. This code will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as the order is ready for shipment. Via the Track & Trace code you can track where your package is and when the deliverer comes by.
Delivery
When delivered in the Netherlands, you can choose between home delivery or at a collection point.
If you choose to have it delivered to a collection point, you will receive an email when you order is ready for pick up. You then have two weeks to pick up the package. Please bring a valid proof of identity (no copy). If you have someone else pick up your package, this person must also bring his / her identity card and should be able to state your address.
We deliver with PostNL, DHL en DPD.
